I asked the agent that i bought my unit from. He said it's good for me cos for block C buyer would end up paying less loan interest. anyway, i didn't see it as something to be real happy about as before it's completed, no one would know which is better. hi chris, i did see that block D is built faster than C. The internal people wanted to cash in as all the hype was saying endah promenade will be good investment. They wanted to sell off as subsales. This is a good strategy during economic boom time, but when they launch it last year, the economy was falling out of control. You will notice as of today, there is a massive discounts, cash back or whatever to sell the units. I personally believe the price should be around 200k - 250k only. dear all;
